Private Shelters and Rescues

Private shelters and rescues.....They will take in cats who are strays, feral, unwanted, disabled, ill, feline leukemia positive and those who may be otherwise euthanized at the larger shelters.  They also perform TNR (trap, neuter, return) to help control the feral populations.  These smaller organizations are typically run by only a few people (not a Board of Directors and staff) and operate on a very limited budget.....many times out of their own personal income.  It is truly a passion for these dedicated folks.  This is who we want to help.

Our Personal 'Cat Experience'

I'd like to share all the cats, which have been a part of mine and my family's lives over the years.  We have endured hairballs, ripped up furniture, cat fights, fleas, fur, sickness  and unfortunately many have passed, but the memories, personalities, kitten (and cat) craziness and comfort these felines have brought us, has been an honor and a pleasure.

There is something to be said about waking up in the morning with 3 foster kittens lined up down your leg fast asleep or one of your 'resident' cats biting you when you're on your phone letting you know, "Hey, pay attention to me!"  They are truly a blessing, full of adventure and loved very much.  So, here is our feline family from over the years....
