Items may be returned in new/un-used condition within 7 calendar days of receipt. One Purpose Tees does not reimburse or pay for return shipping. All 'Landscaper' and 'Vacation' shirt sales are final.
If a customer wishes to exchange for a different item, it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping. One Purpose Tees will cover the shipping for the new item back to the customer on an equal basis....ie: 'one shirt is exchanged for one shirt'. If a shirt is exchanged and addtional items are added to the customer order, the customer will pay for regular shipping charges.....ie: 'one shirt is exchanged and two more are ordered'. Exchanges must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt. All 'Landscaper' and 'Vacation' shirt sales are final.
If you believe you have received a defective product, please email us at onepurposetees@gmail.com and let us know within 7 calendar days of receipt. Do not send it back without prior discussion with and authorization from One Purpose Tees. Items returned without authorization will not be refunded or replaced. If an item is found to be defective, we will be happy to replace it at no additional charge and will refund the customer a standard return shipping charge.
